Test email
Sends the exact customer template with sample key TEST-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Send one to yourself to preview what buyers receive. Appears in the Logs tab as TEST; no license is touched.
Send license email
Emails an existing license (key + download link) to the customer on file, or to an override address. Marks the license as emailed. Use for resends, lost keys, or manually-created licenses that never got their email. Every send is recorded in the server’s email ledger under your name.
Retroactive backfill
Scans past PAID Shopify orders of the eligible product, creates licenses, and emails keys + download link. Skips: refunds, chargebacks/disputes, orders with no email, and orders that already have a license. DRY RUN reports what would happen and touches nothing — always run it first. Dates are UTC.
Azure quota is 30/min · 100/hour per domain until raised. Defaults (20/min, 60 per run) stay safely inside both and inside the request timeout. If the report says there’s more, run again — about once an hour — and it continues where it left off; everything already done is skipped automatically.
Autopilot — unattended backfill
Arms a server-side timer: every 10 minutes it sends a slice of the hourly budget, resuming where it left off, until the whole window is done — then it disarms itself. No browser or PC needed once armed; survives server restarts. Uses the From/To dates and checkbox above. Stop any time; everything done stays done.
Backfill report
Every email the server has ever sent (or tried to send) automatically — webhook sales, backfill, autopilot, manual resends, tests. Newest first. OK means the email service accepted it; FAIL shows why it didn't.
